The Center for Workforce Equity is proud to highlight and congratulate Mychah Spells,
a Chicago State University College of Business Marketing alumnus and former Track
Student-Athlete, who has successfully transitioned from the college campus to a strong
first career with Starcom, a global communications and media planning agency under the umbrella of Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s leading global media and advertising networks.
After completing his studies at Chicago State University and participating in Summer 2025 Professional Development Internship Preparation Workshop hosted and sponsored by Chicago State University's Center for Workforce Equity and Career Development, Mychah secured a summer 2025 internship with Spark Foundry, an advertising and marketing strategy agency also under Publicis Groupe umbrella. His hard work and dedication during the internship paid off as he is now employed full-time at Starcom where he continues to make an impact on the Proctor and Gamble team.
Mychah’s journey is a testament to the power of internships, networking, and tenacity. His success inspires current Chicago State University students, student-athletes, and alumni in the like to pursue opportunities that align with their passions and goals. Congratulations, Mychah!
