Dr. Erica Reaves currently serves as the Director of Retention and Student Success at Chicago State University, further solidifying her commitment to enhancing the educational experience for students. In this inaugural role, she brings her wealth of experience and strategic leadership to the forefront, spearheading initiatives that directly contribute to student success and retention.
