Research

With expertise at the intersections of Race, Technology, and Learning, DJ conducts interdisciplinary mixed methods research (interaction analysis, ethnography, critical discourse analysis, multimodal data analytics) to explore pressing questions of our time. They work to understand theories of change for the future of learning and technology through social life. Primary learning environments of research interest include: computing education, makerspaces, and video games.
