Hobbies: I have a passion for cooking and enjoy spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and flavors. Whether it's creating meals for family or exploring new culinary techniques, cooking is a way for me to unwind and get creative. In addition to cooking, I love spending quality time with my family, and we often bond over shared meals and fun activities. I'm also a self-proclaimed foodie, always eager to discover new restaurants and experience different cuisines. Exploring the culinary scene, whether locally or while traveling, is one of my favorite hobbies.

What I Love About CSU: What I love most about Chicago State University is the strong sense of belonging it fosters, where students are surrounded by faculty who reflect their diverse backgrounds. The academics are rigorous and empowering, allowing students to truly see themselves in the learning experience.

Advice for Choosing a College: When searching for a university, my advice is to look for a place that not only meets your academic and career goals but also makes you feel a strong sense of belonging. Find a university that offers support systems, opportunities for personal growth, and a community that values diversity and inclusion. It’s important to choose a place where you can see yourself thriving, both inside and outside the classroom. Visit campuses, talk to students and faculty, and explore the atmosphere to see if it aligns with who you are and where you want to go. A strong sense of belonging can significantly impact your success and happiness during your college journey.
